This initiative underscores the Company’s emphasis on ownership, awareness, and accountability at all levels. By capturing authentic insights from frontline personnel, the video reinforces the role of individual responsibility in upholding safe work practices and sustaining a strong safety culture.
The video will be integrated into PTCL’s in-house Safety Induction Programme and will also be presented during customer audits, demonstrating the Company’s ongoing commitment to safety excellence and continuous engagement with its workforce.
