  5. We may disclose, in accordance with the PDPA and other applicable laws, your personal data:-
    1. where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods or services requested by you;
    2. to our parent, subsidiary and/or related companies in order to achieve any of the purposes listed in clause B3 above;
    3. to our auditors, legal advisors and other outside professional advisers and to other parties that provide products or services to us, such as business process outsourcing providers, telecommunication and IT systems providers and/or consulting firms; and/or
    4. to such other third party service providers, agents and other organisations we have engaged to perform any of the functions listed in clause B3 above for us.
